Using our website

You must use our website lawfully and must not interfere with its operation, security or other users. Product descriptions, availability and prices may be corrected where there is a genuine error, subject to any rights already arising under applicable law.

Orders

An order is an offer to purchase. We may accept it by sending an acceptance or dispatch confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order before acceptance where an item is unavailable, payment is not authorised, fraud is reasonably suspected or information is materially incorrect. If payment was taken for a cancelled order, it will be refunded.

Prices, taxes and payment

Prices and payments use CAD. Product prices, applicable sales taxes and the final amount payable are shown at checkout and must reflect the store’s active settings. We do not add undisclosed mandatory charges. Available payment methods are the methods displayed at checkout.

Delivery and returns

Delivery is governed by the Shipping Policy. Returns, exchanges, cancellations and remedies are governed by the Refund Policy and applicable federal, provincial and territorial law.

Our responsibility

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence where it cannot lawfully be limited, or breach of a non-waivable consumer right. Any limitation applied to a consumer will be fair, reasonable and effective only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Website availability

We take reasonable steps to keep the website available and information accurate, but maintenance, technical faults and events outside reasonable control may interrupt access. This does not limit any mandatory right relating to a purchase.

Applicable law and disputes

Mandatory consumer protections and any mandatory law of your province or territory of residence continue to apply. Nothing here deprives you of the right to bring a claim before a court or tribunal available to you under mandatory law. Contact us first if you have a concern so we can try to resolve it promptly.
